General Terms & Conditions

• Membership Access: participation guaranteed in all TerraViva competitions during the subscription period.
• Duration: all memberships are billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of 3, 6 or 12 months according on the chosen plan.
• Team Structure: choose a Team Leader and up to 4 Team Members. The Team Leader is the only one who must be registered in every project.
• Termination & Renewal: memberships do not renew automatically at the end of the subscription period. Users can renew their plan after expiration by purchasing a new membership through TerraViva website.
• Withdrawal: it is valid up to 14 days after the purchase unless benefits or projects have been used/submitted.
• Payment Terms & Refund: all membership payments are monthly. Refund will be available only within the initial withdrawal period.
• Competition Rules: members must comply with each specific competition regulations. Non-compliance may result in penalties or disqualification.
• All prices are exclusive of taxes. 22% VAT rate will be added at the time of payment (Italian regulation DPR 633/1972).
