Purchase FLEX and don't worry if you can't make it to the deadline!
Thanks to FLEX participants will be able to decide up to a week before the submission deadline whether to send their project or withdraw from the contest without losing the registration fee!
It will be possible to purchase FLEX in two ways:
- Joining a Competition – For only 14€ participants will be able to add this service when joining a new contest directly on the checkout page: Discover our Competitions (register for a competition and add FLEX to your cart at the checkout page)
- After Registration – FLEX will also be available after having registered in a competition for 24€, allowing those participants who are not sure of being able to submit their project on time to maintain the credit for a new contest. (Please use the button below to buy FLEX)
How does it work?
- If you decide to withdraw from a competition and you have purchased FLEX, send an email to flex@terravivacompetitions.com indicating your will to activate the service
- In case you purchase FLEX after the registration to a competition, it will be required to purchase the service using the same email address indicated during the registration to that competition
- Write in the email subject the competition title from which you wish to withdraw and your order number (ex. CULTURAL WINERY 12345)
- After sending the withdrawal request, you will receive by email a coupon code valid to register in another competition within the next 6 months after its activation
- When registering in a new competition, enter the received coupon code in the checkout page
- The coupon will be associated with your email address and will correspond to the same level of registration fee that you initially purchased or to a lower one (ex. if you withdrew from a Standard registration, you will be able to register in a new contest during both the Early and Standard periods. In this case, registration during the Late phase will not be allowed)
Terms & Conditions
- All prices are exclusive of taxes. 22% VAT rate will be added at the time of payment (Italian regulation DPR 633/1972)
- The FLEX registration is non-transferable (valid only for the original purchaser) and non-refundable
- Coupons not used within the validity timeframe will expire and become invalid
- It will be possible to activate the FLEX service up to one week before the submission deadline of a competition, hence until the last Friday before the one of the submission deadline at 3:00 PM CET. Withdraw requests received after that specific date and time will not be valid (ex. CULTURAL WINERY competition will close on Friday May 24th at 3:00 PM CET; withdrawal requests for this competition will be valid only until Friday May 17th at 3:00 PM CET)
- The activation of the service must be requested exclusively via email to the address flex@terravivacompetitions.com. Any other means of communication used for activation may invalidate the process
- The purchase of one FLEX allows the holder to withdraw from one competition. For multiple withdrawals, individuals will need to acquire multiple FLEX coupons accordingly.
- If you purchase FLEX along with a contest or a pack of multiple contests, please note that the activation of FLEX will be restricted to the specific contest or only one of the contests included in the pack.
